Hotel Show

As the season is nearing the end I have to say that it's great to be doing a hotel show (staying in town at a hotel vs. my tent in a bush camp). The contract has been nice in that I have been getting a few days off to relax mixed in with a few good planting days.

I'll be the first!! I was talking to your Mom last night and surprised to hear you plan to travel Asia in the fall -- good for you! We have a friend's son in Japan for the summer and last I heard, really enjoyed it. He is studying Japanese tho....big difference! I told your Mom also that you apparently don't need to have a home bed under 'your feet' too much either!!?? Sounds like it won't be long at home till you will head out on a travelling trek again? Continue to stay safe as you finish your summer planting. Love, Aunt Ethel

So our world traveller still has wanderlust! Great job of updating the blog, and I must say that you get some great shots. I loved the picture of you jumping from the bridge onto your matress. Can't wait to see the Asian journey on your blog. -Cary

B&E, It's good to hear that Todd and his sister made it. Just to bad I wasn't around. Only a few more days till we get to scale the heights of the Rockies, Josh. Having my laptop out here this summer has made it much easier to access the net from hotels or other random places. It also has been great for viewing photos, watching movies and generally wasting time if I ever get board.
