Hi..Sarah's friend Margaret here...a question I have often pondered: If they have to chopper you in to plant the trees how did they get the lumber out? Do tell.
The Heli can be fun depending on the pilot. Thankfully I don't get motion sickness so airsickness hasn't been an issue (normally short jumps as well). Margaret from what I have seen the vast majority of logging is done in the winter on frozen (ice) roads. In areas it is common to see roads go over lakes, ponds and bogs which makes for land access in summer impossible.
